Jake's class at school has started band! Jake's music teacher used to be the band teacher at the high school and he is teaching the gr 7 class a bit about the instruments in the band. They explored all the instruments and then had to make a priority list on what instrument they would like to learn to play. Jake chose the trumpet!
We are now lucky....the trumpet in our house!
He picked it up quickly and was soon playing some very simple songs. By the end of the year he could play O Canada!
