After all that Jake went through with being the 'red shirt' position on the Junior Soccer team at school he managed to get some games in at the end of the season. The senior team had to do some shuffling of members around and ended up needing a goalie for their team so Jake was 'called up' to be a part of the junior team. He was super pumped to get these last few games in and did a fabulous job of being Keeper!
....and boy oh boy was the ground muddy by the goal! Jake was covered after this game!
He wasn't scared of those guys at all....just went for the ball and didn't worry about the big guys coming at him!
It was fun to watch him do his thing too! Hoping that next year is a longer season for him! He hopes he's the starting goalie! I'm hoping too!
