While the girls were making cards and the little boys were playing hockey and boy stuff outside Jake was off to WildPlay with his friend Noah. Noah's brother Ryan won 4 tickets to WildPlay and Noah asked Jake to come as 2 of those tickets were for 12 and older! Lucky Jake and Noah!
WildPlay is an outdoor adventure park with zip lines, tight ropes and all kinds of climbing apparatus high up in the trees! Totally up Jake's alley! He had a blast. Too bad it costs so much or I would take the other kids too! Gotta wait until they are all older than 12 so they can go on the larger and more exciting course though! Something to look forward to?
This is the practice zip line. It's not too high off the ground.
Great form!
Balance is rather important!
Although, the harness is comforting! At least if you loose footing you will not fall and crash. Good thing because Jake needed that harness once in a while!
Jake had to pull himself and the log he's standing on by holding on the red rope.
Pretty high up!
Now, how am I going to do this? These logs were supported by ropes which didn't make them particularly stable so it was a bit of a challenge and I can image, a bit of an ab workout.
Jake and Noah, way up in a tree.....just where they love to be! Both of them are thrill seekers and not scared to try anything!
Swinging from one net to another. Apparently he had to swing the one net in order to reach the next one! No adventure is too challenging for Jake!!
Zipping again!Jake highly recommends this place.....
Just wish it wasn't so expensive! Because we would be there!!
