We are running out of years to go trick-or-treating. The kids are almost too big! Even Matthew....

Jake is really too old but....
....we let him go for a bit anyway. He had a hockey game to get to part way through the evening so he went for about an hour and then Dave took him to his game.
Might as well give up Matthew or just get faster and run!
We went out with Marnie again this year. Jordyn came along for part of the evening and then went to hang out with some friends. Dylan had an early hockey game so we met up with Rob and Dylan later. Quinton and his parents joined up with us too.
We grabbed our yummy coffees and off we went for a little walk for a few hours. Our kids had the route all planned out. They didn't want to miss any of the fun houses!
We'll see!
The next morning they sorted through their piles, putting whatever peanut butter ones there were onto Jake's pile. They always count their varieties out and kind of pig out on candy at the same time. I'm a firm believer of eat it all fast but always leave room for dinner! Usually they do okay and it's gone in less than a month!
Don't tell the dentist!
