Bear Creek Cross Country Run

Credo Elementary participated in the BC Christian Schools cross country run this year.  It is held at Bear Creek Park in Surrey every year and this was the first year Credo went.  Matthew was very excited to be able to go.  We didn't do the EduDeo run this year and Matthew was not impressed so this made up for it in a big way! The run was about 1.5km...half the length of the EduDeo run.  No problem for Matthew!  This is quite the big event.  There are a LOT of schools participating in this race.  It was a bit overwhelming to see so many people there.  In Grade 7 there were over 200 boys running!

Our school was in the B division - there were 3 divisions based on school size.  We finished 1st in the B division!!!

It really was a super exciting event and we really hope it can be a yearly event!
