Volleyball - Langley District Championship Game

Here they are!  

At the Langley District Championship Game! 

That means they are playing for first or second  in Langley and it's against Langley Christian...their biggest rival!

It was a hard fought game!

Nicole had some fancy moves!

Some great hits...

...some not so successfull dives...

...some team strategy talks...

...some great digs...

...and fabulous spikes.

She improved so much in her serves and was even subbed in to help the team move ahead of the opposition.

As you can see it wasn't a win for Credo but if you look closely it wasn't a walk in the park for Langley Christian either.  Our girls gave them a run for their title! 

Because the girls finished in second in the Langley District

What a fun group...looking forward to many more games in the next few years! 

While the Grade 8 girls were playing Ethan was playing for Grade 8 boys on the court right next to Nicole.


They are both number 9!

We're getting our fair share of volleyball this season.  The Grade 8 girls are doing fantastic.  This is the first year a Grade 8 girls team is at the Fraser Valley Tournament.  They learned a lot this year and it showed!
