This is what 2 1/2 days of heavy rain after 2 1/2 weeks of heavy snow does around here!

These pictures were taken down the hill from our house (208St near Fraser Highway). This is supposed to be a park...a nice park to rest under the big trees on the grass...not today! Yesterday the road near here was closed due to flooding...well, no wonder. The water has gone down a bit today but it's still pretty wet and soggy around here.

While I was taking pictures Matthew and Nicole walked up to this spot when Matthew said, "Hey it looks like a boat launch!" It sure does! only on a good day it's grassy and not a lake or the river!


Oh, it's so good to see the blue, blue sky! I hope it stays for a bit!
