Can you believe it? He's into his last year in the single digits! Jake, our inquisitive, serious child. The one who loves to learn, to experiment and to figure out how things happen. He's reading Henry Huggins and Ramona and 'gets' their humour. School's a breeze and we're thankful for that. He's athletic, does crazy things on his bike, loves sports and exploring outside. He eats non-stop...believe it or not...the child at 2 we thought would never start to eat! He's getting so tall, past his dad's shoulder and proud of that. He's quiet but full of questions.
He's our Jake and we love him so!
A new set for his Lego city...the street corner, complete with a city bus too.
The Snap Circuits were a hit! It is totally something for Jake. 101 electrical experiments that snap together. It's pretty simple to do but if you read the paragraphs with the experiments you can learn a lot. He's already looking on line to see how he can upgrade the set he's got.
