Matthew is getting good at doing tricks on his bike too. He is always trying to keep up to Jake.
Kaylee tried it too, much to Carolyn's dismay.... and she can DO IT TOO!
Here we are heading off to the beach. As you may notice we have some more visitors. Jake and Annette came to camp too. Oh what fun to have some great friends along for the ride too! We haven't been able to camp together for the past couple of years so it was great to have the experience again.
This was a VERY foggy day at the beach. The fog was supposed to lift, according to the weather man, by 2:00 but it didn't. It stayed foggy the entire day. Foggy days at the beach make for great pictures!
Jake and Ben were off on their own in no time at all. They always have something to talk about and even more to discover! Trouble? Sometimes but they sure are the best of friends and that's all that matters.
See, foggy days produce interesting pictures.
The ROCK. This rock is sometimes surrounded by water and other times it's only partially surrounded. This trip the tide was most often all the way around but that doesn't stop us from climbing it. There are fun little tidal pools on it where you can find all kinds of neat creatures.
It was interesting to see the water come around the rock. The waves came from both sides of it and met in the middle. I tried to capture that in this picture.
We went for LOTS of walks along the various beaches in the park. Someone had made some giant teeter-totters. They were SO much fun and HUGE!
Thrilling, like a roller coaster? Jake and Ben would even jump off when it was at the top. Crazy boys.
Jake, Ben and Skipper!
That's the group of kids we explored with.
Shawn, Ethan, Matthew, Elizabeth, Jake, Kaylee, Haley,Ben, Nicole, Jenna and Emily.
William and Jeffrey came just too late for the picture but they were there too. Matthew and William had so much fun together.

Cool rock pictures Jac! And that glass of wine looks like it needed to be filled up again, or did you just start drinking from the bottle at that point???
