Hockey Playoffs - April 21, 2012

Matthew's hockey team made it to the final series of the playoffs.  They were playing for the 'cup'.  It's all bigger when you are 8!  The first game was a great game especially since it was a win for the Hurricanes.  The second game was a much harder one.  The Blizzards came out with a vengeance.  They were there to win and the Hurricanes were taken off guard.  The game ended up in with a loss for the Hurricanes and we were headed into the dreaded but exciting final third game!  Oh the pressure!

Friday, April 27 - The Final Game!


Here they go, all ready and raring to go and win this game and take the series championship title!

It's so exciting to hold that trophy!

Yes, we did a little celebrating of our own at home!  Glad that hockey is finally over for the year!  But what a year it has been.  After a little summer break we will be ready to go again!
