Curling

Nicole started curling this fall.  The boys play hockey and we have been trying to find something that would work for Nicole but also the crazy hockey schedule we have.  

Curling it is!

It's in the arena a 5 minute walk from home!  Saturday mornings...that's the only bad thing about it....from 9-11.  The first hour is spent with a lesson and learning about the game and then for the last hour they play a game.  It's been so fun watching her learn this challenging game.  I know, it doesn't look hard the way they do it on TV but it really is a hard game.  You need to be coordinated and have some pretty good aim.  Nicole has picked it up very well and looks really good out there.  

She has a very good friend there too!  Yup! Kyleigh has joined too!

We've signed her up for the first part of the season with the option to add the last third if she wants.
